You must first apply for membership, and if you are successful you then work out your needs with our representative, when you have found what you want you then sign off on all documents to purchase your home. Then you pay your deposit. There is no financing available at present this could change, you need to speak to our representative about the details. You can bring African member of your family who are under 18 years of age who were part of your application. All adults must apply for membership. You can leave your property to your children or anyone who can meet the criteria of membership. Adults must then apply for membership if not successful then the community, would purchase the property at market value. While there is space in the community it is possible to move to a larger house if your family grows. The land will depend on the size of the house you buy; all other land will be communal. Your home will be on a 99-year renewable lease, and the land will always be part of the community. Rented accommodation is aimed at local community there will be some rented accommodation for Diasporan Africans. That’s way they can come and see before they decide to buy or to work for a period of time.
