DAY 1 SATURDAY MAY 24 DEPART ATLANTA to ACCRA via NEW YORK CITY

Meet and greet 4 PM at departure gate at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport in Georgia. Flight departs at 5:40 PM on Delta Airlines flight # DL 8783 to JFK Airport in New York and arrive at 8:13 PM. Meet and greet at 10:00 PM at Delta Ghana Departure gate at JFK Airport. Flight departs at 11:55 PM on Delta Airlines flight # DL 156 to Accra, Ghana.

 

DAY 2 SUNDAY MAY 25 WELCOME to ACCRA, GHANA                    

Arrive at Kotoka International Airport in Accra, Ghana at 2:15 PM. Our Ghana staff will escort us from baggage claim or Airport exit to bus after 3 PM for a 15 mins drive to transfer to MJ Grand hotel. 7 PM enjoy Dinner and night life at Jam Rock Jamaican Restaurant. Enjoy an incredible Ghanaian/Jamaican buffet with a great music and social gathering. DAY 3 MONDAY MAY 26 ABURI & TUTU MOUNTAINS/ LEGON

Wake up call, morning exercise and breakfast. 8:30 AM ready time for a 45 mins to 1 hour drive to Aburi and Tutu in the Mountains. Stop by Rita Marley Studio and Foundation to take pictures outside. Visit Trinity Home Foundation a School in Tutu to donate school supplies. Shop at Aburi Wood Carving Village. Take a walk through Aburi botanical gardens. Visit University of Ghana for campus tour. 7 PM Dinner at hotel. Various night life options. Overnight at MJ Grand hotel in Accra. www.mjgrandhotelghana.com 

 

DAY 4 TUESDAY MAY 27 ACCRA CITY TOUR – REPATRIATION & INVESTMENT BUSINESS CONFERENCE

Wake up call, morning exercise and breakfast. 8:30 AM ready time for Accra City tour including Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, the Culture Center, Independence Square, George Padmore Library and the WEB Dubois Center. 6 PM Dinner then 7 - 9 PM Repatriation and Investment Conference with Africans born in the Diaspora and local business people. DAY 5 WEDNESDAY MAY 28 MEET REPATRIATED AFRICANS in NINGO/ PRAMPRAM COMMUNITY

Free day good for final shopping leisure and more. Optional tour ready time 8:30 AM and return by 4 PM. We will leave hotel for a 45 mins to 1 hour drive to meet and network with repatriated Africans in the Ninggo/Prampram community by the city of Tema. We will visit the African Ancestral Wall. It's 90 large portraits is meant to remind visitors of the power, courage and brilliance of those who have come before us. Lunch at Abomah's Ocean View Restaurant which serves local and continental meals. Return to hotel for a 4 PM Pool Party. 7 PM Dinner at hotel or restaurant out in the East Legon. DAY 6 THURSDAY MAY 29 BLACK STAR PAN-AFRICAN COMMUNITY - ACCRA to ELMINA/ CAPE COAST - CENTRAL REGION

Wake up call, morning exercise and breakfast. Move all bags to the designated departure area by 7 AM. Check out of rooms by 8 AM at MJ Grand hotel. Estimated 9 AM departure for a 2-hour drive to see our future Black Star Repatriation & Pan-African Community along with land Investment opportunities in the Central Region. Drive through Cape Coast University. Check into One Africa Resort or Karick hotel. 7 PM Dinner at One Africa Resort and various night life options. DAY 7 FRIDAY MAY 30 CAPE COAST AFRICAN HOLLOCAUST DUNGEONS

Wake up call, morning exercise and breakfast. Dress in your all-white outfits for our first ancestral reconnection day. 9 AM Depart for the Cape Coast Holocaust Dungeons where many of our ancestors were held prior to shipment across the Atlantic during the European slave trade of Stolen Africans after going through the Door of no return. Naming ceremony on One Africa Resort. 7 PM Dinner at One Africa Resort and various night life options. DAY 8 SATURDAY MAY 31 AKOMA ACADEMY DONATIONS - KAKUM NATIONAL PARK

Wake up call, morning exercise and breakfast. 9 AM Depart Akoma International Academy of Arts & Science to donate school supplies and financial donations. Return to One Africa Resort for lunch. Free day good for final shopping, leisure at Coconut Grove Resort Beach and more. Optional tour departs in the Afternoon for an adventure to Kakum rain forest for the Canopy walk and hike tour. 7 PM Dinner at One Africa Resort and various night life options. DAY 9 SUNDAY JUNE 1 ASSIN MANSO/ KUMASI – CENTRAL/ ASHANTI REGION

Wake up call, morning exercise and breakfast. Check out of One Africa Resort or Karick hotel at 9 AM. Dress in your Pan African colors of Red, Black, Green & Gold combination outfits for our second ancestral reconnection day. Leave Elmina for 1 hour drive to Assin Manso Old slave market for full tour. Then a 4-hour drive to Kumasi to check in the Yegoala hotel. 7 PM Dinner at hotel and various night life options. DAY 10 MONDAY JUNE 2 KUMASI – SHOPPING at CULTURAL VILLAGES/ CENTERS

Wake up call, morning exercise and breakfast. 8:30 AM ready time for drive through the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology for Campus Tour. Kumasi City Tour and Neighboring Craft Villages including Bonwire the famous Kente cloth weaving, Ntonso for Kente Weaving and Adinkra Printing and Wood Carving village. More shopping at the Culture Center. Lunch at Ike’s Cafe and Grill. Return to hotel for a 4 PM Pool Party. 7 PM Dinner at hotel and social gathering with group. Various night life options.  DAY 11 TUESDAY JUNE 3 KUMASI – ASHANTI PALACE MUSEUM/ CULTURE CENTER

Wake up call, morning exercise and breakfast. 8:30 AM ready time for Kumasi City Tour and the Manhyia Ashanti Palace Museum. The actual palace is behind the museum where the seat of the Asantehene of Asanteman, as well as his official residence. More shopping at the Culture Center. Lunch at Ike’s Cafe and Grill. Return to hotel for a 4 PM Pool Party. 7 PM Dinner at hotel and social gathering with group. Various night life options. DAY 12 WEDNESDAY JUNE 4 DEPART KUMASI to ACCRA to ATLANTA via NEW YORK CITY

Wake up call, morning exercise and breakfast. Move all bags to the designated departure area by 8 AM. Check out of rooms by 9 AM at Yegoala hotel. Estimated 10 AM departure for a 5-hour drive early farewell dinner at 4 PM then a short drive for check into Accra Airport at 6:30 PM for a 10:10 PM departure on Delta flight # DL 157 flight to JFK Airport, New York City.

 

DAY 13 THURSDAY JUNE 5 END OF TOUR RETURN to NYC to ATLTANTA

Arrive at JFK Airport in New York City at 5.10 AM Monday June 5, 2022. Depart at 8:40 AM to ATL on Delta Airlines flight # DL 2938 and arrive in Atlanta at 11:14 AM.
