Membership Rules

*) Any Attempts to transfer property to non-Africans.

*) Any Attempt to set up a non-African spiritual religious institution in the Community.

*) Consistent failure to take part in specified community activities

*) Nepotism / conflict of interest bringing in to community of services that the

   Community can already provide.

*) Corruption / bribery.

*) Major breaches to the code of conduct.

4) Members are duty bound to respect the labor of other African.

5) Members agree to abide by the code of conduct.

6) The Council of elders is respected as the final arbiter of disputes within the Community.

7) All adults wishing to join, would have to apply for membership.

8) No community member should be openly involved in party politics in a side project (member still Allowed to vote).

9) All members must swear/ endeavor to uphold the principles outlined in the

   Prime objective.

   10) Members being expelled would lose part or all of investment in the community to be decided by the council of elder’s upon judgment.

11) If judgment or punishment delegated by council of elder is not respected then see no 10.

12) Any action that seeks to jeopardize or undermine the prime objective will be seen as a major breach.

13) Members of the project are entitled to all rights and privileges to the community. Workers’ rights are to be respected and no worker to be enslaved through his/her economic circumstances

14) People who have received training or property are tied to the project for a Period of time to be agreed by project and individual.
